About the Role
Hajana Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to build a career in sales, communication, and customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads.
- Explain company services clearly to prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture warm leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication on every call.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Strong listening skills and objection-handling ability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
