Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a smart, flexible, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist who understands current digital marketing trends and can help us build a strong online presence in the IT and Salesforce ecosystem. The role combines strategy and execution - from content writing and social media engagement to paid campaigns and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with IT, Salesforce, and AI/ML industry trends.
  • Leverage the latest digital marketing strategies and social media algorithms.
  • Research competitors, communities, and market opportunities to shape campaigns.
  • Write blogs, articles, ad copy, and case studies with strong content writing skills.
  • Create high-converting email campaigns and newsletters with focus on copywriting, automation, and personalization.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and instant response strategies.
  • Optimize social media posts for trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
  • Grow brand visibility on Google My Business and relevant IT communities.
  • Build and monitor analytics dashboards and reports using GA4, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
  • Track KPIs and analyze wins vs. areas for improvement to optimize ROI.
  • Expertise in SEO audits, keyword research, content suggestions, and trend analysis.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy alignment and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • testExperience: 3–5 years in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills and enthusiasm may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies. social media management, SEO, SEM, content writing, content creation, web copies and email copywriting.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with IT services, Salesforce, and AI/ML trends preferred.
  • Ability to strategize and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (EST time zone).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
